Bobbie Gallagher
PhD, BCBA-D, LBA
Dr. Bobbie Gallagher is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. She holds a PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is a researcher, author, and consultant specializing in compassionate, person-centered practices. As the founder of ACES and Learn Safe Love, Dr. Gallagher is dedicated to advancing education, advocacy, and inclusive opportunities that empower individuals, families, and communities.
Kristina Lashley
M.A., BCBA, LBA
With over 18 years of experience, Kristina Lashley brings a strong foundation in supporting adolescents and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and complex behavioral needs. Her background includes leading the transition of an adult residential and day program to an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service model, where she developed individualized behavior support plans, trained multidisciplinary staff, and strengthened agency-wide best practices.
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Kristina blends hands-on direct support experience with program development and clinical ABA practice. At ACES, she is committed to collaborative, person-centered services that promote independence, dignity, and meaningful quality-of-life outcomes for individuals and the families and teams who support them.
Christina Proctor
M.Ed, BCBA
Christina Proctor brings over 20 years of experience supporting children and families impacted by autism and other developmental disabilities. With a background in both General and Special Education and a Master’s degree focused on Applied Behavior Analysis, she combines educational expertise with clinical practice as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Christina is committed to collaborative, family-centered advocacy and works closely with school teams to ensure students receive meaningful, individualized support.
Christina has worked across public and private school settings, as well as home and clinic-based programs, serving students ages 3 through 21. Known for her empathetic and approachable style, she builds strong partnerships with families and educators to promote positive outcomes. Her work often includes participation in IEP meetings and advocating to ensure students receive a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) tailored to their unique needs.
